Apropos of your edit 'CAS is inevitable' (ET, March 13), TV channels, broadcasters and distributors will taste the reality of their popularity once CAS is implemented. The market will be driven by the consumers' choice. When the channels earn through advertisements, rates should be kept low.
Viewers should have the right to choose channels of their choice. There should be a regulatory body to control the whimsical moods of the broadcasters.
