SC restrains govt. from HPCL, BPCL sell-off

Although it is privileges of the Government to start any business in the interest of public and nation and likewise, she can sell it off when situation arises. There was a time, when the Government went on nationalization of private sector, now the story just reversed. The most important thing is that Government should keep the homework ready, which is lacking in sale process of the oil sector. It is shameful for the Government that SC is telling them to do the homework of Parliament approval ready. It is not the break but just reminder to the Government to remove the legal hurdle. All work should be completed within the four corners of rules and law. Even the Government is not above the law of the land.
